Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
- Active, unrestricted Arizona PMHNP license & DEA
- Board Certification (PMHNP-BC)
- Experience with or passion for working with youth and families
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfort practicing in a telehealth environment
Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth Formulate accurate, evidence-based diagnoses
- Treatment Planning & Medication Management Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Monitor effectiveness and adjust treatment as needed Provide brief supportive therapy and psychoeducation
- Integrated Care Collaboration Partner with therapists and care teams to ensure coordinated treatment Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations
- Documentation & Compliance Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR Uphold all ethical and professional standards
