Coordinate schedules with students and teammates while reviewing your patient list. Most patient slots are 10 minutes every 30 minutes. Complex or high-risk patients take longer. You make rapid medical decisions, sometimes handling suicidal or violent patients—with support from the team. Throughout the day, you collaborate, mentor students, and contribute to a high-performing team. You finish knowing you impacted dozens of patients while staying supported and resilient. This is fast-paced and challenging—but deeply rewarding for PMHNPs who thrive on efficiency, teamwork, and tangible patient results. ⚡ The Process Video Application: Submit a 3–5 minute video answering specific questions.
