Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to the Medicaid population. Requirements
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of Virginia
- National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications (under supervision or independently)
- Familiarity with EHR systems and digital tools for telehealth
- A private, HIPAA-compliant space to conduct telehealth appointments
- Fluency in English

- Strong clinical judgment in managing psychiatric conditions across diverse populations
