About The Position
Life Stone Counseling Centers is a dynamic and holistic-centered mental health clinic offering a range of outpatient services, including psychotherapy, medication management, testing, and ketamine infusions. We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment where clients can overcome life's challenges. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for a diverse outpatient population. This role offers the flexibility to work across our Midvale and West Jordan locations as well as opportunities for remote telehealth.
