About The Position
About the Centers The Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Cleveland, Ohio, with a focus on providing comprehensive care for medically underserved individuals in our community, especially those with mental health conditions and substance use disorders. In 2026, the Centers, in partnership with Cuyahoga County and the ADAMHS Board, will open the Glick Recovery Campus (GRC), a behavioral health crisis center, including a Crisis Receiving Center, the Rosary Hall Withdrawal Management Unit, and a Crisis Stabilization Unit, to serve individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use-related crises. The GRC will serve as Cuyahoga County’s first 24/7, walk-in behavioral health urgent care and stabilization center, offering people in crisis a safe, welcoming alternative to emergency rooms, jail, or the streets while providing symptom stabilization, connection to community resources and facilitating reintegration into the community. Job Overview We are recruiting for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) located at the new Glick Recovery Campus, a behavioral health crisis center, which will begin onboarding staff in July 2026 and open in September.
Requirements
- Master's Degree from accredited School of Nursing
- Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner training
- Valid and unencumbered APRN license in the state of Ohio
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Certificate
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS

Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide nursing/medical care in compliance with regulations
- Complete designated reviews and make appropriate dispositions
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary crisis team
- Complete H&Ps, progress notes, and clinical documentation
