About The Position

Requirements

• Licensed PMHNP in good standing in at least one of the specified states (California, Colorado, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas).
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Minimum of a Master's degree in nursing, specializing in psychiatric mental health.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable assessing and formulating evidence-based treatment plans.
• Knowledgeable in crisis response and empathetic listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for a panel of clients through telemedicine.
• Collaborate with therapists and psychiatrists to develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct 30-minute initial sessions and 15-minute follow-up sessions with clients.
• Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing outcome-focused care.
• Assess and formulate treatment plans for clients with mental illness.
• Work autonomously in a telemedicine environment.
