Job Summary: The Assistant Psychiatric C/L Medical Director role is intended for an internal provider who will shift a portion of their clinical time into administrative leadership (.1 FTE). The Assistant Medical Director will oversee the delivery of psychiatric consultation services to medical and surgical inpatients, collaborate with medical teams, and ensure the integration of behavioral health care throughout the hospital. This leadership role combines clinical service with administrative oversight to support high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care in a complex medical environment.
