About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare, an innovative and award-winning healthcare system, is seeking an experienced, part-time Pediatric & Adult Psychiatric ARNP to join our established team. This position calls for a caring and experienced provider to deliver integrated behavioral health services in a primary care outpatient setting. By operating within the Advancing Integrated Mental Health Solutions (AIMS) model as part of the University of Washington, Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Division of Population Health, our program aims to enhance patient access and quality in mental health care. The Psychiatric ARNP will evaluate and treat psychiatric disorders, provide recommendations to primary care providers, and collaborate closely with onsite psychotherapy staff delivering short-term, evidence-based care. This consultative role does not include a patient panel and supports treatment for mild to moderate depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorders using approaches such as CBT, Behavioral Activation, Problem-Solving Therapy, and EMDR, with referrals for higher-level care as needed. Requirements

  • Experienced (at least 3 years), compassionate, and highly motivated
  • Comfortable with pediatric and adult care
  • Washington State medical license (ARNP/Psychiatry) license in good standing
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • A desire to live in a rural community
  • Ability to work as a team as well as independently
