About The Position

Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Psych Tech for our Float Pool who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Psych Tech, you will facilitate patient-professional collaboration at all levels of health care, monitor therapeutic treatment, recognize and value differences in the care team, and create a setting conducive to opinion-sharing. You will collaborate with the treatment team to develop patient care protocols and procedures, incorporate clinical guidelines into patient care, and use information technology to deliver safe and efficient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
