About The Position
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Orient, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus Location: Orient, OH Compensation: $54 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus Schedule: 6 pm-7:20 am the days of the available shift are Wed, Friday and Sat - Must be Flexible with schedule/days/hours as it could change depending on needs of the facility Contract length: 3 months (High likelihood of extension)
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- OH RN License
- CPR/BLS
- Must have Psych/ Mental health experience
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager
