Compensation and Benefits: Earning potential: $110,000–$200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses) Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday. No on-call, weekends, or holidays. Requirements

  • Licensed Family, Geriatric, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.
  • Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
  • Manage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facility
  • Provide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services
  • Provide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
  • Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings
