Requirements

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
2 supervisory references (required upon offer)
A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening (required upon offer)
Proof of being negative for TB (required upon offer)
May be required to provide proof of vaccination against certain illnesses, such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, or seasonal influenza, depending on provincial regulations and the nature of the role
