About The Position

PSG Lee Operator Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate , monitor, and support packaging line equipment while ensuring accurate documentation, food safety compliance, and adherence to Quality Assurance requirements. You will perform operational checks, complete required forms, maintain proper machine center line settings, and support efficient and safe production. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Perform all required Line Checks, Centerline Audits, Tool Inspection forms, CCP1 and CCP2 documentation. Record required production, quality, and weight ‑ control information in Infinity, LEDs, and SAP. Follow all Quality Assurance standards, including Infinity computerized weight ‑ control procedures. Conduct minor repairs and make center ‑ line adjustments to assigned equipment. Stage changeover parts prior to line changeover and return components to the changeover parts cart afterward. Maintain accurate documentation and escalate any deviations in equipment performance or product quality. Follow oral and written instructions to ensure consistent processes and safe operation. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and documentation requirements. Skill in performing basic mechanical adjustments and minor repairs. Comfort working in a fast ‑ paced environment with repetitive tasks. Strength to lift, push, or pull materials as required by the production process. Strong attention to detail for completing audits, forms, and system entries. Willingness to work assigned shift , overtime, and weekends as needed. Physical Requirements More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and documentation requirements.
