The PSFB MS/BX Host is responsible for managing multiple self-checkout registers while ensuring an outstanding customer experience through proactive and customer-focused actions and exceptional service. The role may also involve assisting with regular checkout stations as needed. The position requires active communication and promotion of the benefits of the branded credit card, exchange protection plan, and other corporate programs to drive sales growth and increase customer brand loyalty. The host will assist with operating cash registers and self-checkout equipment, ensuring accurate transactions and compliance with safety and security regulations. The host is expected to provide a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service, greeting customers, assessing their needs, and creating a welcoming environment.
