About The Position
The PSD Engineering Technical Lead will provide local technical leadership to team members conducting investigations for potential non-conforming part issues. This role focuses on leading daily technical operations and analyses to ensure problem resolution and report accuracy. The Technical Lead will engage with associates across departments to optimize issue containment, minimize impact to GDP/Downtime, and coordinate large repair projects. Additionally, the role involves developing individual technical skillsets through mentorship and frequent interactions.
