About The Position

The PSD Customer Service Coordinator at HOLT CAT in Corpus Christi, Texas, is responsible for providing administrative support to the Power Systems Division Field Service Department. This role involves coordinating work order closings, data entry of time records, processing departmental correspondence, and maintaining files and reports. The position operates Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of clerical support experience required.
  • GED or High School diploma required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and possess good phone and people skills.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated excellent attendance and work performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work order closings and ensure accurate processing of time cards.
  • Assist with completing warranty claims and goodwill requests.
  • Support the Service Manager with accounting functions in the Field Service Department.
  • Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets and service reports.
  • Organize all Field Service operations documents for maintenance updates or changes.
  • Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and work orders.
  • Assist in analyzing efficiency based on labor hour reports and financial statements.
  • Act as the branch purchasing agent to obtain the best value and service from vendors.
