The Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of program training for assigned programs in accordance with Agency, state licensing standards, CARF accreditation policies, funding requirements, and other federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. The PSA Compliance Manager educates, trains, and advises, develops, and implements PSA policies/procedures; Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA). Oversees implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule on UAC Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment standards at care provider facilities. Must be available to work two rotating shifts: First shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm; Second shift: 2:00pm - 10:00 pm - Flexibility to work weekends is required. Schedules may vary based on program needs, and should be prepared for shift rotation and weekend assignments.
