About the position

Are you passionate about supporting children and families? Join us as a PS-TDM Scheduler, coordinating and scheduling critical meetings that improve placement stability for children in foster care.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and support Placement Stability – Team Decision Making (PS-TDM) meetings.
  • Provide technical assistance to ensure participation for all attendees.
  • Track and report meeting data monthly.
  • Assist with meeting locations and offer basic training on the PS-TDM process.
  • Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork in all interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of administrative/office experience (child welfare experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
