About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or strategic communications.
  • Proven ability to manage media relations and develop effective communication strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
  • Experience working within the United States market or with U.S.-based organizations.
  • Proficiency in digital communication platforms and social media management.
  • Crisis communication and reputation management experience.
  • Certification from recognized PR organizations such as the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze public opinion and media coverage to inform communication tactics and crisis management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
  • Organize and oversee events, press conferences, and community outreach programs to promote positive engagement.
