Loras College is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as Provost, the chief academic officer responsible for vision, leadership, oversight, and planning related to all academic programs and personnel. The Provost will play a key role in the development, implementation, and assessment of college-wide strategic initiatives, reporting directly to the administrative cabinet. This position oversees the Associate Provost, Deans of the College's three schools, and various directors, ensuring a vibrant student-centric learning community focused on student retention and flourishing.
