About The Position

As a Project Manager on our Provisioning team, your responsibilities will be coordinating, tracking, scheduling, and managing the diverse components of Onboarding, Offboardings and Contract Renewal projects in order to execute these projects effectively, efficiently, on time and delivering an experience that clients will love. Above all else your primary role is to be the best first experience with Sourcepass and to set both the client and service teams up for success. This role is Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. The salary for this position is $70,000.

Requirements

• 3+ years working in IT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail whilst staying focused on the big picture
• Organized and proactive
• Ability to interpret, process, and deliver on SOW's
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under moderate pressure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
• Basic understanding of various technologies

Responsibilities

• Manage Client communications
• Review project scopes
• Set timelines & expectations
• Schedule project resources to complete project work
• Monitor project milestones and progress
• Own communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Submit/execute change orders as needed
• Consult with in-house subject matter experts
• Ensure that project resources are entering time into correct tickets/phases
• Review project documentation for completeness
• Have final say on project completion
