No RBT Shift Coverage: Your time is protected for clinical leadership and oversight—PLBAs are not used for sub-coverage. Relocation Support: Moving to the St. Louis area? We offer relocation assistance for the right candidate! We understand that the transition from student to BCBA is a critical phase. At AB Spectrum, you aren't left to figure it out on your own. Dedicated On-Site Mentorship: Regular, face-to-face supervision with seasoned BCBAs who are invested in your clinical development. Licensure Support: We provide guidance and fee coverage for Missouri LBA applications once you pass your boards. Hybrid Flexibility: One protected remote day per week for focused documentation and treatment planning. Sustainable Pace: A strictly enforced caseload cap of 6 clients, ensuring you have the time to provide high-quality care. Requirements

  • Active Missouri PLBA licensure (or eligibility to obtain it immediately).
