About The Position
Employed You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this position. Conditions of Employment: Employee Health requires all employed providers to complete a health screen per HFHS policy. COVID Vaccination Requirement; a provider must be fully vaccinated (unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption) before their application will be forwarded to a specialist during the credentialing process. Credentialing process Must maintain certification status All offers are contingent on credentialing/privileging Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. Requirements
- ACLS
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- DEA
- Michigan State License
- Fellowship-Trained in Vascular Surgery
- Current COVID and flu vaccinations
- Clean Malpractice and License History
