The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests from current caregivers: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington Prior healthcare recruiting experience with a focus on provider sourcing is strongly preferred Job Essentials Partners with Portfolio Management to provide candidate sourcing expertise for various hard-to-fill positions by establishing effective sourcing strategies that utilize candidate pipelines, employment data, resume databases and effective job advertisements. Summarizes and analyzes data (in partnership with HR Analytics) and information concerning sourcing campaigns; complies results and makes recommendations to TA Leadership. Builds and maintains a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline. Works with TA Marketing Consultant to develop attractive job advertisements and posts positions on appropriate external job sites to attract qualified candidates who align with our mission, vision, and values. Presents Company information at various career events Develops and maintains relationships with community resources to find talent for future placement Proactively develops relationships with candidates to create pipelines and share talent as opportunities arise throughout the organization. Is an ambassador of the Intermountain culture to attract, engage and recruit top talent. Cold calls candidates from various external and internal sources and recommends open positions based on candidate's qualifications and requirements
