About The Position

• Drive Strategy & Impact: Partner with Portfolio Management to design innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles using pipelines, data insights, and creative outreach. • Look for the Greatest: Use tools, AI, and imagination to find the brightest physicians and advanced practice providers. • Analyze & Optimize: Collaborate with HR Analytics to measure campaign success and recommend improvements that keep us ahead of the curve. • Champion Diversity: Build and maintain a diverse, qualified candidate pipeline that reflects our values and vision. • Create Buzz: Work with TA Marketing to craft compelling job ads and leverage social media to attract top talent. • Be Our Brand Ambassador: Represent Intermountain at career events and build strong community partnerships to uncover future talent. • Engage & Connect: Proactively develop relationships with candidates, share opportunities, and keep talent engaged across the organization. • Hunt for the Best: Use cold calling and creative sourcing techniques to connect with candidates who align with our mission. The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests from current caregivers: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington Prior healthcare recruiting experience with a focus on provider sourcing is strongly preferred Job Essentials Partners with Portfolio Management to provide candidate sourcing expertise for various hard-to-fill positions by establishing effective sourcing strategies that utilize candidate pipelines, employment data, resume databases and effective job advertisements. Summarizes and analyzes data (in partnership with HR Analytics) and information concerning sourcing campaigns; complies results and makes recommendations to TA Leadership. Builds and maintains a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline. Works with TA Marketing Consultant to develop attractive job advertisements and posts positions on appropriate external job sites to attract qualified candidates who align with our mission, vision, and values. Presents Company information at various career events Develops and maintains relationships with community resources to find talent for future placement Proactively develops relationships with candidates to create pipelines and share talent as opportunities arise throughout the organization. Is an ambassador of the Intermountain culture to attract, engage and recruit top talent. Cold calls candidates from various external and internal sources and recommends open positions based on candidate's qualifications and requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
  • Three years of professional recruiting experience including cold calling and building effective candidate pipelines.
  • Prior experience working with ATS (applicant tracking systems) programs and/or CRM (customer relationship management).
  • Prior experience in social media advertising, writing effective job advertisements and data analysis.
  • Intermediate knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail and scheduling applications.
  • Experience in a role that requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal

Nice To Haves

  • Intermediate knowledge of employment regulations/law regarding sourcing.
  • Prior healthcare recruiting experience with a focus on provider sourcing is strongly preferred
