About The Position

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Provider Support Specialist to join the team! The Provider Support Specialist will maintain the integrity and accuracy of Provider Records.
Position Location: 100% remote

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Medical field experience
• Prior TPA experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter new providers into the claims processing system
• Maintain provider records to ensure claims transfer into the system successfully by working the maintenance (M837) file
• Call/write provider for information
• Mail form W-9 request letters and follow up to ensure responses are received.
• Verify Provider name and Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Retrieve W-9 form provider and enter correct information in system.
• Enter provider fee schedules for PPO networks.
• Respond to telephone or written provider inquiries as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Perform all tasks in accordance with HIPAA/PHI guidelines
• Complete HIPAA training annually
