About The Position

The Collaborative Practice Coordinator supports the execution and administration of Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs). Reporting to the Supervisor, this role supports the daily workflow of CPA execution, filing, and tracking while assisting with compliance monitoring and provider communication. The Coordinator provides essential support to ensure CPAs are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred and 2 years of healthcare administrative experience required, preferably in provider services, medical staff operations, credentialing, or compliance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full CPA lifecycle, including drafting, execution, filing, renewal, and amendment management.
  • Track CPA expirations, renewals, and provider status changes to ensure uninterrupted coverage.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of all CPAs and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and audit readiness.
  • Monitor CPA completeness and renewal timelines; identify gaps or risks and escalate issues to the Supervisor for review and resolution.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for CPA-related questions from APPs, collaborating physicians, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Workforce Management to ensure locum providers have appropriate collaborative agreements in place prior to assignment.
  • Track CPA volumes, renewal cadence, and APP progress toward Full Practice Authority (FPA).
  • Support APPs pursuing FPA by coordinating required documentation, attestations, and submission tracking.
  • Coordinate EMR alignment to ensure accuracy across clinical platforms.
  • Perform administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
