This position reports to the Director of International Services and Business Development and is responsible for helping identify growth opportunities for the organization within their assigned territories. Each Provider Relations Territory Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with at least 400 practices and over 1,300 providers. This is accomplished through gathering and disseminating strategic insights as well as utilizing data to inform the Territory Manager of key trends that may be leading indicators to dissatisfaction of our clinical service lines. The Territory Manager will use these qualitative and quantitative data to help develop initiatives to offset leakage by fostering and building relationships with community practices as well as help inform strategic opportunities for the organization for their designated territory. This position will also develop newly prioritized relationships in order to build and foster strategic relationships while also maintaining current strategic relationships. These relationships are the lifeline to the organization as community referrals are what enables CMH to thrive. The goal of this work is to develop and build relationships that result in enhancing the community providers trust in Children's Mercy and increase referrals from such community providers.
