About The Position
Astrana Health is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist to support strategic providers in the Connecticut market. This role serves as the primary liaison between assigned providers and internal teams, including Quality, Operations, Finance, Health Services, and other shared service departments. The Provider Relations Specialist ensures a high level of service, fostering strong provider relationships, building trust, and maintaining high satisfaction. They will develop and execute engagement strategies to support provider performance and satisfaction, aligning with network transformation initiatives.
