This position is responsible for leading a team focused on growing and supporting the Start Hearing Provider Network, as well as manufacturer partner relationships. This role emphasizes network expansion, development, retention, and conversion through effective recruiting, education, and relationship management. The Manager ensures an exceptional provider and manufacturer partner experience by delivering consistent training, support, and communication to team members, as well as provider and manufacturer partners. By training and educating providers at every step, whether electronically, over the phone, or in person, this individual empowers providers to make informed decisions that maximize patient benefits, satisfaction, and outcomes.
