Synapticure is seeking a Provider Relations Manager to serve as a trusted relationship-builder and key account manager for our provider partners. This remote-first position focuses on nurturing long-term relationships with primary care and neurology practices, driving program adoption, and ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction. While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, you’ll travel approximately 30% of the time to meet with provider groups, attend key events, and support local engagement efforts. Some door-to-door practice outreach (10–20%) may be required to introduce Synapticure programs to new clinics and strengthen relationships in the field. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with experience in healthcare account management, provider engagement, or field sales who thrives on connecting virtually and in-person to expand access to quality neurodegenerative care.
