About The Position

The Provider Network Recruitment Partner is responsible for the recruitment, tracking, marketing and outreach efforts to support the physician workforce for Community Health Partner (CHP). Works with CHP's Operational Leaders, Medical Directors and stakeholders in the design, implementation and delivery of effective provider recruitment strategies. This role is a critical component for securing the necessary providers to meet our organization's mission. Utilizes resources to deliver innovative recruitment solutions and ensures an excellent applicant and hiring manager experience. The Provider Network Recruitment Partner must demonstrate excellent service and a professional presence, providing a positive first impression of Community Health Partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• 1 year of recruitment or healthcare human resources experience required.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition required.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of physician recruitment experience, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills preferred.
• Work experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare setting preferred.
