About The Position

As a Physician Recruiter, you will recruit qualified Physicians and Advance Practice Providers (APP) for Ascension Medical Group. Please note this is an on-site/hybrid position and will require travel throughout the Milwaukee and Racine Wisconsin area.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years Physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple demanding positions and prioritize as appropriate.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and the hiring team, providing timely feedback and support.
• Attend in person interviews with the candidate.
• Communicates with leaders and stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and candidate status.
• Complies with employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring activities.
