About The Position
The provider partner position develops and maintains long-term, trusted relationships with key strategic provider partners. Key to this role is ensuring the strategy and deliverables for the transition from fee for service to value is advanced through value-based payment models, collaborative initiatives and other key network, product and clinical care model approaches. This position is responsible to support, coordinate and manage all or most aspects of the provider and Blue Cross relationship by leading work cross-functionally, lead the development of recommendations and strategies of how to improve and expand the current or future partnership, and negotiating all aspects of the contractual terms with assigned providers.
