About The Position
Provides education, training, and guidance for providers in THP's network. Works in collaboration with all THP departments including Clinical Services, Compliance/SIU, Finance, Information Systems (IT), Operations, and Provider Delivery Services. This position is the internal stakeholder responsible for escalated provider inquiries and issues. This team member works closely with THP vendors and regulators to solve provider issues and fulfill data requests.
