Provider Operations Coordinator Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Provider Operations Coordinator will be responsible for participating in the execution of operational readiness activities in support of provider operations projects, Small Systems Change Requests, process improvement initiatives and training activities. How you will make an impact: Participating in the execution of operational readiness activities in support of provider operations projects, Small Systems Change Requests, process improvement initiatives and training activities. Participates in the development and delivery of job aids for production operational users. Monitors initiative impact to Provider Operations Key Performance Indicators. Participates in pre and post implementation claims audit reviews. Provides subject matter expertise support for production issues and targeted continuous improvement activities.
