Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice
Active DEA license in the same state
Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
Passion for patient-centered care and exceptional service experience
EMR proficiency

Nice To Haves

Hormone management or men’s health experience is a plus — but a passion for wellness and learning is essential

Responsibilities

Deliver expert care in a fast-paced, high-energy clinic setting
Provide a concierge-style patient experience where education, empathy and clear communication are paramount.
Conduct comprehensive health histories and physicals, tailoring treatments to individual patient goals
Order and interpret labs to create personalized, results-driven treatment plans
Educate patients on advanced therapies like testosterone replacement, wave therapy, peptide protocols, and PRP treatments
Partner with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Offer guidance on healthy lifestyle modifications including nutrition, fitness, and stress management
Maintain efficient, accurate EMR documentation
Stay current on cutting-edge therapies and best practices in men’s health
