In this role, you will be responsible for: Sourcing potential medical providers and evaluating their fit based on care quality, service speed, and operational reliability Building and managing relationships with providers, explaining TopDog's standards and expectations with clarity and confidence Managing the provider portfolio, tracking performance, spotting trends, and addressing issues proactively Holding providers accountable to clear performance standards while maintaining collaborative, respectful relationships Working closely with law firm operations to ensure providers are delivering quality care and responsive service Identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then working cross functionally to implement improvements Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes—not just following existing playbooks At TopDog Law, everyone is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work. How This Role Drives the Business At TopDog Law, we're building more than a team, we're building a movement. We've grown fast by staying hungry, thinking critically, and taking extreme ownership, and now we're looking for an Account Manager who's ready to do the same. You'll own our provider network, sourcing medical providers, evaluating their ability to deliver quality care to our clients, and managing relationships to ensure consistent performance. You'll use data to make smart decisions about which providers we work with and hold them accountable to clear standards. You're analytical, thorough, and genuinely invested in ensuring our clients receive excellent care. This is a role for someone who moves fast, gets their hands dirty in the data, and solves problems without waiting to be asked. Requirements

  • Data-driven problem solver, comfortable analyzing provider performance data, spotting patterns, and using insights to make decisions
  • Strong critical thinking, connects provider behavior, service quality, and business outcomes to diagnose issues and opportunities
  • Analytical communicator, able to explain performance standards and expectations to providers with clarity
  • Partnership mindset with backbone, genuinely curious about providers, humble about your blind spots, but unafraid to have direct conversations
  • Ownership mentality, you own the provider network function end-to-end, make sound judgment calls independently, and escalate thoughtfully
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment where processes evolve as you scale
  • Unintimidated by seniority, equally comfortable engaging with provider organizations, medical directors, or operations teams
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Five plus years in a similar role working with providers or managing external relationships and performance
  • Comfortable with spreadsheet analysis and CRM systems to track and evaluate data
  • Prior experience working cross functionally in a fast paced growth focused environment
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal
  • Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed
