Requirements

Responsibilities

Act as single point of contact for providers (primarily nurse practitioners) to coordinate with Operations
Perform provider management activities – provider availability, delinquent charts and queries follow up, inform NP for schedule changes, etc.
Help providers through onboarding and coordinating necessary training
Ensuring supplies are sent to your providers in timely manner and there is no interference in their visits
Counsel provider for any operation related challenges and drive to optimized solution in line with organizational goals
Keep track of the escalations and necessary information for provider management
Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding operations; investigates and resolves problems, complaints, or discrepancies
Identify and escalate priority issues
Collaborate with entire management team to reach organizational and departmental goals
Determine opportunities to streamline current processes
