About The Position

The Provider Network Analyst will play a key role in supporting network analytics and operations by analyzing provider data, generating actionable reports, and identifying gaps in service coverage. This role involves managing data across multiple platforms, conducting network assessments, and ensuring network adequacy and accessibility. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented environment, has strong analytical and technical skills, and can translate complex data into actionable insights to optimize provider network performance. Collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners is essential to drive continuous improvement across the provider network.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years of experience in reporting and data analytics, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience with SQL, Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of office and business practices, policies, and regulations related to provider network operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, providers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience producing management reports for internal and external audits.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residency in NC, SC, GA, TN, VA, MD, or FL is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of geo-access analysis and provider network reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct network analysis to ensure adequacy and accessibility, including annual Gap Analysis and ongoing monitoring of provider network services.
  • Collect, analyze, and report provider data for internal and external stakeholders, supporting regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and methodologies to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement in the provider network.
  • Support provider enrollment, credentialing, contracting, and migration of data across systems.
  • Assist with project management for network development initiatives and quality improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with committees and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
  • Back up Value Based Analytics Managers as needed and perform other duties to advance provider network goals.
