About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Provider Integration Specialist for an exciting job in Norwood, OH.
Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare project management and/or process improvement experience
- Experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Nice To Haves
- 2.5+ years working with physicians
- Experience in provider onboarding or integration
- Master’s Degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage provider onboarding from offer execution through first day of practice
- Coordinate cross-functional onboarding with Medical Staff, Operations, HR, IT, and leadership
- Support provider transitions, location changes, additions, and departures
- Ensure offboarding compliance, benefits communication, and equipment return
- Lead project management and process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma
- Ensure onboarding milestones are met on time and within scope
