Monitors workflow, performance, and compliance with procedures, and ensures that service level agreements are effectively met.  Addresses client concerns and complex matters in a timely manner. Works closely with management to establish operational processes and goals to ensure business objectives are met.   Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees. Trains, develops, and evaluates employees to enhance their performance. Addresses identified performance deficiencies and makes recommendations for personnel actions.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of leadership and organizational experience
  • 3 or more years of Medicaid, MMIS, enrollment, or healthcare related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with direct reports, client, management, and Florida Medicaid providers.
  • Great organizational skills and time management habits.

Responsibilities
