About The Position

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• 3+ years of healthcare billing required
• Windows-based computer experience required

Nice To Haves

• Associated degree preferred
• FQHC billing experience preferred
• Medical Terminology knowledge preferred
• Coding and EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage FRHC employed Providers Medicaid and Medicare enrollments timely and ensure they are appropriately linked to FRHC.
• Meet standard industry productivity metrics and complete regular peer-auditing procedures.
• Field and address staff, patient, and insurance company inquiries.
• Support improvement of the patient experience by promoting excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
