What You Will Do at ODM: Office: Operations Bureau: Network Management Classification: Medicaid Health Systems Administrator 2 (PN 20096606) Job Overview : The Provider Enrollment Section Chief duties include but are not limited to: Manage overall operations for the Provider Enrollment unit Examples include but are not limited to: Time keep management Complete performance reviews for direct reports Ensure adequate coverage for daily operations Maintain an efficient turn around time for daily processing operations Monitor daily and monthly provider enrollment metric reports Interface with internal and external stakeholders Attend meetings with various Ohio Medicaid business units Responsible for operationalizing Ohio Medicaid Policy and Rules Attend meetings and participate with Provider Network Management system requirements, enhancements, builds, and releases Monitor and respond to inquiries from plans, providers, legislative requests, and constituency groups Ensuring compliance with CMS requirements Ensuring compliance with Auditor of State (AOS) requirements and expectations Participate in annual AOS data request May be asked to give presentations Other duties as assigned Supplemental Info: The Ohio Department of Medicaid does not provide employment-based visa sponsorship.
