Your mission & key responsibilities Own engagement strategy for assigned provider groups — onboarding, retention, growth. Serve as main point of contact for providers: answer needs, resolve issues, build long-term relationships. Collaborate with operations, sales, network development teams to align provider incentives, performance metrics and engagement campaigns. Monitor/provider KPIs (e.g., network participation, satisfaction, uptime) & craft action plans to improve. Present insights and recommended actions to senior leadership — turning data into decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in provider relationship management, account management, or network engagement in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of provider networks, healthcare operations, and incentive-based models.
  • Excellent communicator — you can switch from Excel dives to “walk-me-through” clear provider calls without missing a beat.
  • Self-starter who manages remote work with discipline and initiative.
  • Based in Georgia and able to work in applicable time-zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with value-based care models, provider contracting, or population health initiatives.
  • Proven track record of growing provider participation, engagement or satisfaction metrics.
  • Experience in remote team environments with less structured oversight.
