About The Position

Western Health Advantage is hiring a Provider Data Entry Specialist to support accurate and timely provider data management. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in detail-oriented, high-volume data entry work and is looking to grow within healthcare operations. What You’ll Do Process and update provider data (demographics, locations, specialties) Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy Support data validation, reporting, and discrepancy resolution Maintain records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards Collaborate with internal teams, provider groups, and vendors What You Bring 1+ year of healthcare or data entry experience (HMO preferred) Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email systems Ability to manage priorities and follow structured processes This role is primarily computer-based with minimal phone interaction, ideal for someone who enjoys focused, independent work.
