About The Position

This is a 100% remote position, allowing candidates from across the US to apply, provided they can support the CST schedule. Candidates must have a hard-wired internet connection, as Wi-Fi and satellite internet are not compatible with the equipment. Internet speeds must be at least 25Mbps Download and 5Mbps Upload. Consistent availability during working hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST with minimal distractions is required. Candidates will be responsible for setting up equipment and troubleshooting with IT as needed. The initial responsibilities include processing provider applications, inbound/outbound calling and emailing to obtain required documentation, negotiating discounts for services, maintaining contracts and contacts within a tracking system, and processing paperwork for providers to join the network. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to switch projects based on business needs. Growth opportunities include recruiting providers to join Cigna's dental network and building relationships to gain interest.

Requirements
