Requirements

• Power Tool experience
• Knowledge of Linux and Jira
• Experience with Slack and Google Suite
• Experience working with High Voltage, EVs, or Autonomous Vehicles
• Electrical assembly, test, or manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in basic computer skills such as Word and Excel
• Experience in SAP

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
• Execute engineering experiments on vehicles
• Support the prototyping of new projects through builds and testing performance
• Document testing results to support process development through collaboration and reviews
• Assist engineers for the pilot builds and provide feedback to improve quality, efficacy, reliability, serviceability, manufacturability and cost
• Assemble and deploy various components for Prototypes and OEMs
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and document serials for traceability
• Use Oracle or IFS for step-by-step build instructions
• Disassemble the interior and exterior components of a vehicle, including door panels, bumpers, dashes, and headliners
• Fit and configure custom hardware
• Complete the final assembly of the vehicle
