About The Position

Create compatible vehicle test plans for several in flight programs and initial scoping for programs that are in the study phase Collaborate with the vehicle users to define the “ready for test” specification of the vehicles & timing for delivery. Collaborate with the Ford and Ford Supplier Build facilities to align support for the required build slots and duration. Establish critical path understanding to engage the key Ford Racing Managers for support Collaborate with the Ford Racing Production Vehicle Launch and Quality Supervisor who will be taking the lead on DCV Build Execution at the DCV Build MRD. Develop a Mule / TPV build plan that support the vehicle users needs to support either the powertrain calibration progression or the chassis development progress with the most efficient plan. Establish best practice documentation and methods to improve the Ford Racing Production Vehicle team to deliver prototype builds and more effectively. Established and active employee resource groups

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science degree required.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in lead roles as prototype build and or testing planning.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• BS Degree in Engineering
• Ability to develop clear working level documents and management presentations as well as clear/concise communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to walk Ford and Ford Supplier Build Sites on Daily Basis
