About The Position
The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma’s mission is to lead a network that provides nutritious food and pathways to self-sufficiency for people facing hunger. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live their healthiest life. Today, however, there are still far too many barriers to food security. We are committed to remain on the front lines, along with our community-based partners, to provide nutritious food and resources for Oklahomans facing hunger. We are seeking a dedicated Protein Production Manager to oversee our Protein Packaging Center (PPC) and help us become a model protein rescue program within the Feeding America network. As the Protein Production Manager, you will be responsible for the structure and processes of the PPC. Your role will ensure that production schedules meet customer and auditing demands, while leading and developing the efficiencies and capabilities of the team. You will partner with the food safety manager and facility services manager to ensure compliance with regulations and customer expectations in any environment where food is kept and handled.
