About The Position
The Protective Services Supervisor (PSS) is a key leadership role within the Regional Security Services team, responsible for supervising a team of Healthcare Protection Officers (HPO) in Northern California. The PSS's primary mission is to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff by preventing violence and criminal activity in healthcare settings. This role involves managing daily operations, providing leadership and support to HPO personnel, and overseeing the Prevention of Workplace Violence (PWV) programs.
